{"id":5090,"date":"2023-10-09T12:33:18","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T11:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.feliuconsultors.com\/?p=5090"},"modified":"2025-07-17T10:41:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T09:41:38","slug":"tiempo-parcial-tiempo-completo-cotizaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.feliuconsultors.com\/es\/tiempo-parcial-tiempo-completo-cotizaciones","title":{"rendered":"CAMBIO IMPORTANTE: TRABAJO A TIEMPO PARCIAL IGUALADO AL TIEMPO COMPLETO EN COTIZACIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"s6\"><span class=\"s4\">A partir del 1 de octubre, cada\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">d\u00eda<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0de\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">trabajo<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">tiempo<\/span><span class=\"s4\">parcial se considera como un\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">d\u00eda<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0completo\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">cotizado<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\">A partir del 1 de octubre de 2023, ha\u00a0entrado\u00a0en vigor una\u00a0importante\u00a0modificaci\u00f3n\u00a0de la\u00a0Ley\u00a0de Seguridad Social que iguala los\u00a0per\u00edodos\u00a0trabajados\u00a0a\u00a0tiempo\u00a0parcial con los\u00a0trabajos\u00a0a\u00a0tiempo\u00a0completo en el\u00a0c\u00f3mputo\u00a0de\u00a0cotizaci\u00f3n. Este\u00a0cambio\u00a0resulta de la reforma de las pensiones de 2023, que ha\u00a0modificado\u00a0<span class=\"s4\">el\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">art\u00edculo<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0247 de la\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">Ley<\/span><span class=\"s4\">General de la Seguridad Social.<\/span>\u00a0A partir de\u00a0ahora, los\u00a0per\u00edodos\u00a0cotizados\u00a0se\u00a0tienen\u00a0en\u00a0cuenta\u00a0independientementede la\u00a0duraci\u00f3n\u00a0de la jornada\u00a0realizada,\u00a0afectando\u00a0a las pensiones de\u00a0jubilaci\u00f3n,\u00a0incapacidad\u00a0permanente,\u00a0muerte,\u00a0incapacidad\u00a0temporal,\u00a0nacimiento\u00a0y\u00a0cuidado\u00a0de\u00a0menores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\"><span class=\"s4\">Es\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">esencial<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">tener<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">presente<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0que, a partir de\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ahora<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, los\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">per\u00edodos<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">cotizados<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0por los\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">trabajadores<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">tiempo<\/span><span class=\"s4\">parcial se\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">considerar\u00e1n<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0como\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">d\u00edas<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">completos<\/span><span class=\"s4\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">sin<\/span><span class=\"s4\">importar la\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">duraci\u00f3n<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0de la jornada laboral en cada caso. Esta\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">modificaci\u00f3n<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">afectar\u00e1<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">todas<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0las\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">personas<\/span><span class=\"s4\">con\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">contratos<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\">tiempo<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0parcial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\">Es\u00a0importante\u00a0destacar que se han\u00a0eliminado\u00a0los\u00a0coeficientes\u00a0reductores que antes\u00a0penalizaban\u00a0las\u00a0prestaciones\u00a0derivadas\u00a0del\u00a0trabajo\u00a0a\u00a0tiempo\u00a0parcial. En\u00a0consecuencia, el\u00a0c\u00e1lculo\u00a0de la vida laboral y de\u00a0cotizaci\u00f3nya\u00a0no\u00a0reflejar\u00e1\u00a0reducciones\u00a0proporcionales\u00a0por la\u00a0parte\u00a0de la jornada no\u00a0trabajada\u00a0durante\u00a0los\u00a0per\u00edodos\u00a0de\u00a0contrataci\u00f3n\u00a0a\u00a0tiempo\u00a0parcial. Todos los\u00a0d\u00edas\u00a0trabajadosahora\u00a0se\u00a0considerar\u00e1n\u00a0d\u00edas\u00a0completos,\u00a0sin\u00a0tener\u00a0en\u00a0cuentael\u00a0porcentaje\u00a0de la jornada que\u00a0conste\u00a0en el\u00a0contrato\u00a0a\u00a0tiempo\u00a0parcial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\">La entrada en vigor de este\u00a0cambio\u00a0no implica, al\u00a0menospor\u00a0ahora, costos\u00a0adicionales\u00a0para las\u00a0empresas. Las\u00a0modificaciones\u00a0legales\u00a0no han\u00a0afectado\u00a0las\u00a0normas\u00a0de\u00a0cotizaci\u00f3n\u00a0para las\u00a0empresas. Esta\u00a0modificaci\u00f3n\u00a0se aplica\u00a0retroactivamente\u00a0a los\u00a0per\u00edodos\u00a0que\u00a0ahora\u00a0se\u00a0considerancotizados\u00a0a jornada completa,\u00a0tanto\u00a0anteriores\u00a0como\u00a0posteriores\u00a0al 1 de octubre de 2023, en lo que respecta al\u00a0acceso\u00a0y\u00a0c\u00e1lculo\u00a0de las\u00a0prestaciones\u00a0de la Seguridad Social.
